The cost for shipping in 48 Contiguous United States is based upon your total amount of your order. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping charge.

We cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to weather and carrier issues.

The day that it ships does NOT count as a day in Transit!

Please note all delivery times are business days not calendar days. UPS and Fedex will not deliver on Saturday, Sunday nor most Holidays. USPS will delivery on Saturday.

HANDLING CHARGE:

There is no charge for handling!

ORDER TRACKING:

All orders are confirmed and tracked through e-mail. First you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. When your order is shipped, you will be notified and your Fedex, UPS or USPS tracking number is posted on the tracking information part of your order.

OUT OF STOCK:

You will be contacted via E-mail if a requested item is out of stock.

RETURNS

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Your item(s) must be returned within 15 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items MUST be in NEW, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You MUST receive authorization number from us before returning any items. You have seven days after receiving the return authorization number to return the package.

NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items such as train tables, furniture, bikes & trikes, etc. can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping time frames will work for you. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly process and ship our orders so please notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Canceling an Order:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing to our warehouse by email us at dianatoys2001@yahoo.com Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped or at the warehouse. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 14 days for the claim with UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately and save all packing materials. Contact us at dianatoys2001@yahoo.com.

We cannot process a claim after the 14 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON RECEIPT to insure no damage has occurred.
